The entrance to the vacation home is to a small shaded patio, which also leads to the shared pool area. The patio leads to the living room where there is an open kitchen with induction cooktop, dining area with table and chairs, and flat-screen TV.

On either side of the dining area are 2 bedrooms: the first suite sleeps 3 with a loft, a full-size sofa bed, air conditioning and safe, and French doors that overlook the sunbathing area with pool in common area. The suite has a private shower room.

The second suite is located to the left of the dining area, and is a double bedroom with a private open shower room and with French doors that overlook a small outdoor pertaining space from which you can see the sea.

Palma Residence Salento is located in the center of San Foca, one of Melendugno's award-winning marinas. The beach is right in front of the residence, and all services are close at hand.

Other nearby marinas are also worth visiting, such as Torre dell'Orso, Torre Sant'Andrea, the Grotta della Poesia and the archaeological area of Roca Vecchia.
