Residenza Nonna Lucia is a vacation property in the heart of Ugento, beautiful and ancient town of Lower Salento, just a few kilometers from the beaches of the Ionian coast.

The residence consists of 2 newly renovated apartments, independent of each other and with a small shared garden and charging station for cars.

Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wi-fi internet etc. The two vacation homes offer 5 and 6 beds, being able to accommodate up to 11 people. Pets allowed.

The two apartments that form Residenza Nonna Lucia are independent of each other. They share only a small, well-kept back garden, perfect for relaxing in the cool during summer evenings.

The 2 vacation homes are a 2-room apartment and a 3-room apartment.

The 2-room apartment on the ground floor consists of living room with open kitchen, dining room,1 single sofa bed , 1 quad room with double bed + 2 single beds. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

The three-room apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, from which there is an exit to the garden. Completing the floor is 1 shower room.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one quadruple with 1 double bed + 2 single beds, 1 shower bathroom, a corridor that separates the two rooms and allows you to exit to a small terrace with panoramic views of the historic center of Ugento.

Residenza Nonna Lucia is a complex of two apartments for rent in the center of Ugento, Capo di Leuca, a few steps from the historic center, the Castle, the important newly renovated museum.

The location is strategic because in just a few minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Lower Salento, along the Ionian coast of Salento.

The nearest beaches are those of Torre San Giovanni just 7 km away, those of Torre Mozza 11 km away, and the beaches of Gallipoli with Lido Pizzo about 18 km away. Santa Maria di Leuca is also very close, just 25 km away.
