Tenuta Quintessenza is a beautiful luxury villa for vacation rental in Salento in the countryside behind Torre Vado and Marina di Pescoluse, in the territory of Morciano di Leuca.
The estate, consisting of a villa and a dependance in traditional Salento pajara, has a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, equipped with solarium and surrounded by lawn. Also present is a barbecue for grilling. There is parking space in the garden.
The dwelling is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, hair dryer and TV, automatic gate, video surveillance system and alarm system.

In the living room the large minimal-style sliding windows are all equipped with chain sunshades, ensuring privacy and keeping the interior cool and shaded, including the TV area usable even in the sunniest hours.
The sleeping area consists of elegant bedrooms: there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, and a full shower room. In all, therefore, there are three full bathrooms.
