Pietro,4 complies with the principles and provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data"), which provides provisions on the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.
In compliance with the legislation indicated, the processing of personal data acquired by Barbarhouse s.r.l., when requesting the services offered will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, therefore, we wish to provide you with the following information:
Purpose of the processing
1. The personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in order to enable the provision and enjoyment of the services requested, as well as to provide for the related invoicing and consequent tax obligations. The data provided may also be used for statistical reports on our activities, as well as for sending information and updates on the services offered, newsletters, commercial information regarding the services offered by Barbarhouse s.r.l. or related companies. Where necessary for the aforementioned reasons, the data may also be disclosed to third parties. The processing of data, in addition to the purposes related, instrumental and necessary to the provision of the Service will be aimed at:
- enter the data collected in the company's computer databases; communicate the data to third parties who perform functions necessary or instrumental to the provision of the Services requested and/or manage databases aimed at the protection of credit risks;
- collect data and information in general and in particular on the Customer's orientations and preferences; send information and commercial offers, including those of third parties; send advertising and informative material; carry out commercial communications, including interactive ones; carry out direct sales or placement activities of products or services to process studies and statistical research on sales, customers and other information, and possibly communicate the same to third parties; to transfer to third parties, including outside the territory of the European Union, the data collected and processed for commercial purposes including for sale or attempted sale, or for all those purposes of a commercial and/or statistical nature that are lawful.
- To meet the obligations required by laws, regulations, EU legislation, civil and tax regulations.
Personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to countries outside the European Union within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes.

Nature of the provision of data and consequences of denial of authorization for processing

The processing of data is carried out with procedures suitable to protect the confidentiality of the Customer and consists in their collection, recording, storage, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities. The data communicated by the Clients will be processed mainly by electronic and computerized means and may be stored both on computer media and on paper media as well as on any other type of suitable media, in compliance with the minimum security measures. The operations may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise automated tools.
3. The provision of their personal data, by the subjects who intend to use the services of Barbarhouse s.r.l. is optional, but their failure to provide or their subsequent cancellation could make it impossible to provide the services requested or prevent the continuation of the relationship, its proper conduct and any legal obligations, including tax.
Any failure to provide or incorrect communication of any of the information indicated or the denial ofauthorization to process the data has as its emerging consequences:
- impossibility for the Company to provide the requested service;
- inability for the owner to ensure the adequacy of the processing itself to the contractual agreements for which it is performed;
- the possible mismatch of the results of the processing itself with the obligations imposed by the fiscal, administrative or labor regulations to which it is addressed.
Where the service is requested through the website of Barbarhouse s.r.l., the Customer acknowledges that the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the site acquire, during their normal operation some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of communication protocols of the Internet. This information could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. Such data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of any computer crimes against the site or third parties. The Customer acknowledges that the operators of the telecommunications networks through which the Service is provided may identify the user at the time of connection to the Internet network and that information relating to access is contained in the electronic log of the operation of the Service (Log). The contents of the Log are strictly confidential and may be rendered in intelligible form and exhibited only at the request of the competent Authorities.
Barbarhouse s.r.l. adopts appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, theft, alteration or destruction of personal data provided by users. The Client acknowledges that the security measures taken cannot exclude the risk that the information transmitted through the Internet network may be intercepted, manipulated or altered by unknown third parties.
Scope of data use and its dissemination and storage
4. Non-sensitive data acquired may be disclosed in order to enable the provision of the Services requested or thefulfillment of contractual or legal obligations:
- to our partners, collaborators, employees, agents and suppliers, within the scope of their respective duties and/or any contractual obligations with them, inherent to business relations with the data subjects;
- to all subjects to whom the right of access to such data is recognized by virtue of regulatory measures;
- to post offices, forwarding agents and couriers for sending documentation and/or material;
- to all those individuals and/or legal entities, public and/or private (legal, administrative and tax consultancy firms, Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and Offices of Labor, etc.), when the communication is necessary or functional to the performance of our activities and in the manner and for the purposes described above;
- banking institutions for the management of collections and payments arising from theexecution of contracts.

5. The data controller is the Company Barbarhouse s.r.l., with registered office in Cagliari in Via San Tommaso d'Aquino n. 18.
6. The data controller is Barbarhouse s.r.l. in the person of its legal representative pro tempore. The list of those responsible for the processing of personal data and third party recipients of communications is available at the offices of the data controller.
Rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
7. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data may be exercised at any time with regard to the data controller, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.
Inparticular, pursuant toart. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, we inform you that every interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of theexistence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form, as well as to obtain the indication:
(a) theorigin of the personal data;
(b) the purposes and methods of processing;
(c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.
The interested party alsohas the right to obtain:
(a) theupdating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of the data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retentionis not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c)certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
(a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The aforementioned rights are exercised with a request addressed without formality to the owner or the person in charge, also through an appointee, to whom an appropriate response is provided without delay.
