The beautiful and recently-built villa is airy and bright, with a big porch and many outdoor equipped areas. It's in the countryside of Ostuni, surrounded by fruit trees and olive trees, equipped with an above-ground swimming pool and beach beds, so you can totally enjoy your stay while keeping your privacy.

On the ground floor there is the large living room with double sofa bed and flat-screen tv. Next to it, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Moreover, there is a full bathroom. The barrel-vaulted ceiling with exposed stones make this open space area cozy and balanced well with the traditional Apulian architecture.

On the lower floor, accessible by stairs, there is the sleeping area with access to the garden and enlightened by the big glass walls. There are 3 double bedrooms, with walk-in closet and a full bathroom with hydromassage tub.

The villa is fenced by typical dry-stone walls and equipped with shaded outdoor equipped areas. The exclusive garden is lush and embellished by Mediterranean vegetation, olive and fruit trees. 

It is possible to park up to 3 cars in the garden.
