Villa Malusida is a villa with contemporary lines, with cozy rooms and super-equipped, surrounded by a sea of manicured olive trees and from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the nearby beaches of the Adriatic Sea, just a handful of minutes away.

Large windows allow the view to always be filled with light, nature and beauty. The long 60-square-meter pool culminates in a lovely gazebo furnished for outdoor dining, as well as for preparing excellent barbecue meals.

The villa's interiors are well laid out, finely furnished and finished with design elements. The color scheme varies gently, harmonizing the separation of living and sleeping areas.

A large living room is furnished with a sofa facing the pool and equipped with a fireplace. Next door, open to the living room, is the equipped and spacious kitchen. A veranda shaded by reeds and furnished with wooden table and benches allows for outdoor dining.

The sleeping area of Villa Malusida consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. All rooms have direct exit to the garden or pool area. Serving the rooms is a second shower room.
