The villa is characterized by the typical dry-stone construction that camouflages it with the cliff, making it perfectly harmonious with the relaxing context immersed in nature, overlooking the sea. There is also a splendid typical Salento trullo, completely recovered.

A gate allows you to park your car under a gazebo and then go down a convenient staircase to the house. Outside there's abarbecue areawith a fireplace and wood-burning oven and a beautiful sea-view terrace with a rocking chair.

On the terrace there is also the ancient trullo, which has been recovered and converted into a very cool and characteristic double bedroom.

The interiors have the entrance to the dining room, from which there is access to the kitchenette and the service bathroom with toilet and sink. From here you exit to the back room, furnished with table and chairs, fireplace and wood-burning oven.

From the living room a spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a full en suite bathroom with shower and washing machine and another full bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is in the trullo. Two of the rooms overlook the sea view terrace.
