3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. The furnishings are simple and rustic: one room features a double bed, along with a shower, bidet, and WC. On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is a compact living/sleeping area equipped with a set of bunk beds and a TV. The kitchen/living room includes an oven and four gas rings, complemented by an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. This area leads to the veranda. The property is powered by solar energy and features natural stone flooring. There is a terrace with furniture and two deck chairs, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. A maximum of three pets or dogs are permitted. A wood stove is located in the corridor of the raised ground floor. The refrigerator operates on gas, and a solar panel provides electricity to the house with a voltage of 12 V, with a limited supply. The property is now known as Cremia Rustico degli Ulivi.
